Veran Chung
Veran spent 11 years in Shanghai and still considers it her second home. She understands first hand the lack of mental health support in China. Thus, she is passionate about helping those who are struggling and is very active in mental health advocacy.

Ellie Wang
Ellie is a junior at Concordia International School in Shanghai. She is heartbroken to see so many students feeling isolated and unmotivated. She wants to remind everyone that "we're all in this together!"

Yao Chen
Yaochen attends the Shanghai American School in Puxi. He is in the psychology club there where they have posted various mental health resources and stress relief tips. He hopes to spread self-care awareness in the community.

Parker
Parker is a student at Lovette in Atlanta. He spent 8 years living in Shanghai and still feels very connected to the people there. He encourages everyone who needs support to speak up and seek help.

Stella
Stella is a junior at Maranatha High School in LA. She went to a local elementary schools in Shanghai and thus has experienced the enormous stress the students are under. She encourages everyone to engage in talk therapy.


Max
Max is an elite swimmer at La Jolla Country Day School. He sympathizes with all student athletes who are not able to continue their training due to the disruption caused by the pandemic. He reminds everyone to Jia You!

Joana
Joanna is a sophomore at Francis Parker school in San Diego. She grew up in Shanghai and still connects with her friends on a daily basis. She is aware of the hardship there and ready to help!

Jack
Jack is a freshman at LMU who has posted on various mental health resources and stress relief tips. He is an advocate of mental well being at his school. He hopes to help those who are struggling in Shanghai - his childhood home.


Lucas
Lucas attends college in London and wishes to offer words of affirmation and support to those around him. He hopes to spread optimism and positivity to everyone in quarantine in Shanghai.

Nexus
Nexus is a freshman at NYU. His heart goes out to everyone who is struggling in Shanghai due to the abrupt withdrawal from life caused by the pandemic. He encourages those who needs support to speak up and seek help.

Johnny
Johnny is a professional yoga teacher and aspires to spread mindfulness to every corner of the world. He would like to host guided meditation sessions and spread positivity to the people of Shanghai.


Joyce
Joyce is a freshman at Bishops in La Jolla. She is a serious golfer who understands the power of positive mindset. She believe that doing breathing exercises improves both mood and focus to tackle challenges.

Erica
Erica is graduating high school from Spain and sends her heart to the people in Shanghai. She is heartbroken to see so many people suffering and wishes to let them know that "we're all in it together!"

Devan
Devan is a student athlete at Cal who is highly involved in the Cameron Institute for Leadership. He hopes to generate awareness and educate family members who may be living with someone suffering from mental health.
